RES Motor Vehicle Lecturer

Location: Dearne Valley Campus, Rotherham

Salary:Up to £25.14 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on experience and teaching qualification)

Vacancy Type: Temporary September 2026 - June 2027 (Part Time – 22.5 hours per week)

• Share your industry mastery across all levels of motor vehicle qualifications.
• Champion learners by tailoring your teaching to support every student’s journey.
• Leave your mark on the department by actively shaping our automotive program.
• Provide outstanding assessment and learning environments that make education accessible to all.
• Set the standard as a positive, reliable mentor for the next generation of technicians.

You will…

• hold a teaching qualification or be working towards
• hold a level 3+ professional qualification in Motor Vehicle
• have experience of teaching students/apprentices
• be well organised and able to manage your own workload
• hold an assessor’s award (Desirable)
