Customer Service Advisor

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary:  £25,087 per annum

We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £25,087, with a pay rise after 6 months. You’ll join our Sales team, supporting new and existing customers with sales and retention enquiries, recommending the right products and services, and delivering a personalised, target-driven customer experience.

Customer Service Advisor role:  

The roles offered are within the Sales team, which combines the Mobile and Broadband departments. Advisors will sell a wide range of products and services to new and existing customers, including mobiles, SIM-only plans, tablets, laptops, smart watches, home broadband, TV, 4G Wi-Fi and insurance. The role involves having personalised conversations to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and retain customers considering cancellation. Advisors will work towards monthly revenue, conversion and service targets while delivering an excellent customer experience through both new sales and retention enquiries.
