Estate Agent Sales Branch Manager / Senior Valuer

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 7RJ

Salary: Basic salary £35,000 per annum (Unlimited commission OTE £52,000)

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time

Primarily serving the Nuneaton area, we aim to provide first-class service in the sale and marketing of properties.

Our main objectives are customer focus and customer satisfaction, covering all aspects of sales and lettings and they are dedicated to supporting their clients every step of the way.

The Role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

• Conducting property valuations
• Creating valuation reports for clients
• Advising clients on potential property improvements to increase value.   
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Manage and motivate staff
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Ensure they provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing the agency's business reputation

Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Level 3 Propertymark or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
• Experience in property sales and marketing
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in real estate software and technology
• Valid driving license and own vehicle
