Care Worker – Edinburgh s West Lothian

Pay: £12.90 - £14 per hour pro rata (depending on experience/qualifications)

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Day, Evening, Weekend, with optional overtime

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily routines, including personal care, meals, and medication.
• Encourage independence and choice for each service user.
• Help individuals engage with community activities and appointments.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow individual support plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• A kind, patient, and compassionate nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous care experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
• SVQ Level 2 in Health C Social Care is desirable but not essential.
• Driving licence preferred but not required.
