Salary: £13.45 - £13.95 per hour, dependent on experienece

Hours Per Week: 40

The Role

As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported.

They are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.

As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session.

The organisation provides person-centred care and support for adults with a wide range of disabilities and needs.

The service is tailored to the individual’s needs, enabling people to build on living skills and independence and achieve daily tasks in their homes. Accessing the local community for activities, to make friends and be part of the community is an important part of this service.
