Health and Wellbeing Practitioner Location: East Riding of Yorkshire Salary: £26,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 9th of July 2026 We're looking for a passionate and motivated Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join Forward Trust's Connections Team at HMP Millsike. This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to support people in custody to improve their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, build resilience, and develop healthier lifestyles that can be sustained on release. Working as part of our innovative Health & Wellbeing service, you'll collaborate with prison staff, healthcare professionals, peer mentors and external partners to create a positive, recovery-focused environment across the prison.
