Recovery Programme Practitioner (Y Bont) - HMP Swansea Location: Swansea Salary: £24,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Closing date: 26 May 2026 About The Role Help Change Lives. Build Recovery. Break the Cycle. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Recovery Programme (Y Bont) Practitioner to join our award-winning team delivering Y Bont, a therapeutic 12-week abstinence-based recovery programme based on the Incentivised Substance Free Living (ISFL) wing at HMP Swansea. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), primarily based at HMP Swansea, with occasional travel to other sites across South Wales. This is a unique opportunity to support men in custody who are ready to make lasting change, achieve abstinence, and build a positive future beyond prison.
