Prevention Coordinator Location: Headquarters Salary: Grade E Salary £33,143 per annum Vacancy Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, however you may occasionally need to work beyond normal office hours. Agile working arrangements can be discussed with the successful candidate. About the Role A position has become available to coordinate and supervise the administration activities within the Prevention department. The successful candidate will ensure the provision of a high quality and efficient administrative service to facilitate the delivery of the Prevention portfolio activities. With experience of implementing administrative procedures, managing performance and working as part of a busy team, you will manage the Prevention Administrator, supervise and control their day-to-day workload and determine priorities to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. Excellent administration, time management and communication skills are essential. There will be a requirement for some travel for which a pool car will be provided.
