Learning and Behaviour Cover Supervisor Location: Norwich, Norfolk Salary: £22,701 - £24,626 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay (FTE £26,403 - £28,142 per annum) Vacancy Type: Fixed term until 31 August 2026 Hours: Term time + 1 week, 37 hours a week Closing Date: 12th October 2025 The Academy is a dynamic, nurturing learning community with the highest expectations and aspirations for the students and staff. The Role The Academy seeks to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Learning and Behaviour Cover Supervisor to join them to take responsibility for groups or classes of students in the short-term absence of their usual teacher. This role will also involve supervising and supporting students in the Remove Room. This is an opportunity to join a welcoming staff team in an aspirational school and to develop classroom-based experience for those thinking of a potential career in teaching.
