Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: £7,081.93 per annum(£23,557 per annum FTE)

Vacancy Type: Permanent, 3pm – 5:30pm – Monday – Friday, Term time + Inset days + 30 hours to be worked in school closure periods

Our clients pride themselves on providing a clean and safe learning environment for the children, staff, and visitors. They are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join their cleaning team and help them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The Role

They are looking to appoint Cleaners to join the Trust to carry out the cleaning of the interior of all of the Trust schools, under the direction of the Headteacher.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, toilets, and other school areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, hoover, and polish floors
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Ensure all areas are sanitised and meet health and safety standards
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Cleaner in Charge
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
