At the organisation they are recruiting for a a Clinical Deputy Manager. They are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care.

The successful applicant will be required to hold a Nurses PIN.

The Role

As Deputy Manager it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.

You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

The residential home provides nursing care for 24 adults with physical and intellectual disabilities, plus respite care and services for 16-18 year olds.

Their home is a large accessible building. Their spacious and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with daily nursing care.
