Senior Development Manager Location: Home Based, covering the North Salary: £66,500.00 plus £4,385.00 Car Allowance, per annum We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Development Manager to play a leading role in delivering high-quality affordable homes across our development programme. Working as part of a high-performing Development Team, you'll lead the delivery of complex housing schemes, manage a portfolio of projects from acquisition through to completion, and provide leadership to Development Managers and Project Officers across your region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated development professional who is passionate about creating new homes and making a positive impact on communities. The Role As Senior Development Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall delivery of a regional development programme, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standards.
