About the company

The Fundraising Partnership is a dedicated, professional fundraising agency representing some of the most loved charities both nationally and in your local area. They fundraise door to door and in private sites/venues across the UK to generate long term sustainable donations for the charity partners. They are looking for experienced Field Sales Managers to help promote and grow the fundraising.   The local and national charity partners rightly have high expectations of them, and they are keen for them to grow the volume of new donors they can recruit for them.  Working alongside the Fundraisers, you’ll not only help deliver a personal sales target, but more importantly, you’ll mentor and coach the existing team to deliver against their goals.

They have an exceptional teams of Fundraisers across the UK, who they value greatly, and they’ll be looking for the right candidate to coach and develop them to excel against both the quality and volume-based targets.  They’ll want you to train new fundraisers to their exceptionally high standards and be available to help in certain stages of their recruitment and induction processes. 

Working on behalf of much-loved charities such as Alzheimer’s Society, NSPCC, Sue Ryder, Stroke Association and dozens of local hospices, you’ll cover an area within 1.5hours from where you live across the East Midlands.Due to the geographic area, you will need to be a driver and have a car, with mileage and occasional overnight stays covered.
