Supported Living Worker

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey

Salary: £24,854 - £28,758 per annum + £1,000 Retention Bonus / Senior Supported Living Worker £26,183 – £28,758 per annum

Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week), alternate weekends (Part-time considered)

The Role

  • Supporting daily routines like cooking, shopping and cleaning
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Joining in on activities like gym sessions, nature walks, and trips
  • Helping tenants manage emotions with kindness and guidance
  • Being a trusted companion and advocate for people who need you

Skills and Qualifications

You’ll need a full driving licence and access to transport due to the semi-rural location.

You may be asked to drive tenants in either your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) or a Motability car.

No Experience? No Problem!
