You can be based anywhere in England but must be prepared to travel to clients and of course to Treetops, our lovely office in Market Harborough, at least once per month (as we love to spend time with each other)

Key responsibilities

• designing and delivering client interventions in leadership and management development
• defining culture and values – and bringing them to life
• executive coaching
• facilitating groups of all sizes and make-up including senior and executive board members
• thinking of refreshing ways to keep our clients deliriously happy, then making it happen
• sharing knowledge amongst the bunch so that we can all learn and grow together
• managing projects and ensuring they remain on time and to budget
• generating new business from your own contacts and opportunities provided by our marketing team
• writing proposals, tenders, client stories and articles to showcase our thinking and develop new opportunities
• facilitating your love of learning so that you stay up to date with current thinking in our field and have something new and exciting to say about the fascinating topic of behaviour change

Skills and qualifications

You’ll need to have at least five years’ experience of working within a consulting role; either in-house or in industry.

It goes without saying that a passion for delighting your clients must be at the forefront of your thinking, but you’ll also relish the challenge of designing new and innovative behavioural based solutions; nothing that we do is ‘on the shelf’ at Rambutan.

• following the policies and guidelines and behaving in a way that ensures your health and safety, including that of your colleagues and clients, at all times
• giving, requesting and receiving feedback from all the bunch on a regular basis
• oh… and obvious but needs stating… you must be eligible to work in the UK
