Qualified Accountant

Location: Melton Mowbray – Office based

Hours: Negotiable (Minimum of 20 hours per week)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (FTE)

Based in Melton Mowbray the company offers full accounting services to varied clients countrywide.

The Role

They are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to join their small team.

This is an office-based role as you will be mentoring and leading others.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients
• Overseeing accounts preparation, tax returns, and compliance work
• Providing expert financial advice and guidance
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development
• Ensuring high standards of accuracy and service delivery

Skills and Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualifications
• 3 years post qualification experience (preferably in practice)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
