Enabling Support Worker Location: Keefield- Harlow Salary: £12.65 per hour Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary or hours requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied. About the role As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan. You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. If There is a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Keefield Close, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities. We provide care for a wide range of needs including spastic quadriplegia and Down’s Syndrome. The home is spread over two spacious, adjoining and well-equipped bungalows. There is a lovely sensory garden at the back, and a separate building with facilities such as a sensory room. Our accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with 24/7 support.
