Finance Business Partner (Interim)

Location: Spalding

Salary: Up to £55,000 

Benjamin Edwards is recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner on an interim basis. As an Interim Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insight and analysis that drives informed business decisions. You will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives across the business.

The role of Finance Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and influence decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Support business cases for investment, cost management, and growth initiatives
• Ensure financial governance, compliance, and accurate reporting
• Deliver insights and reporting to support strategic planning

The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner

• ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
• Available at short notice
