Salary: £33,945.60 per annum

The Role

As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.

You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.

This is an Independent Living service. Their Independent Living specialises in providing flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.

Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, they help people to get the most out of life and their local community. This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people.
