HeppSY Aspire+ Coach Full time (37 hours each week, all year round) Temporary until January 2027 £28,019 a year + benefits Rotherham College, Rotherham (with occasional travel to other sites as/when required) About the Role In this exciting role of HeppSY Aspire+ Coach, you will be focused on providing excellent careers, employability information, advice and guidance to a targeted cohort of students in their progression. As a key member of our careers team, you will deliver a high level of careers information, advice and guidance supporting students with their choices in regards to their career progression and set career targets to support students to positive destinations through varied initiatives. An in-depth knowledge and understanding of the routes available including up-to-date labour market information is essential. You will work collaboratively within Rotherham campus and with our external partners to advocate on behalf of students and reinforce our partnership network. You will provide our students with the information, opportunities and experiences they need to make decisions on future studies or employment at the end of their time at college. This is a role in which you can genuinely change lives through offering students the support and guidance they need to help them decide the steps they need to take in order to help them achieve their aspirations.
