The Role

The company are looking for three confident and ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join a rapidly growing tech company at the forefront of security and surveillance innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your B2B sales career with full training, support and clear progression.

Backed by private equity, they’re expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally, driving innovation in AI, 5G and video technology. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying prospects, initiating conversations and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. You’ll play a key role in building pipelines and uncovering new business opportunities. You’ll also benefit from the company Sales Academy Programme, a two week training experience that gives you the skills and confidence to succeed, plus ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout your career.

Package:

• £27,000 basic + £8K OTE
• Private equity–backed employer
• 25 days annual leave (increasing with service)

What you’ll do:

• Learn and understand their client’s products and solutions
• Research and target potential customers across a range of industries
• Engage decision-makers through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
• Generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings
• Build strong relationships through consultative conversations
• Collaborate with account managers to drive deals forward
