Employee Relations Specialist Location: Remote Salary: £41,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Full Time Closing Date: 02 June 2026 Here at Stonewater, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Specialist (known internally as People Relations Manager) to join our People, Culture & Change team and play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a wide-ranging employee relations portfolio, providing trusted, pragmatic HR advice to managers and colleagues across the organisation. You’ll be a credible coach and partner, supporting leaders through complex people matters while ensuring compliance, fairness and positive outcomes aligned with our values. You’ll also help build stronger, more resilient teams by coaching managers, delivering targeted HR training and using insight and data to influence people strategies that support business priorities.
