Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Salary: (Grade 7) £36,363 to £39,152

Vacancy Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design and delivery of a modern, high-performing recruitment function that meets the evolving needs of our organisation.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives, including educational outreach and inclusive employment programs such as ex-offender recruitment.
• Manage and optimise recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and a great candidate experience.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in shaping our organisational culture and talent strategy during this transformative period.
