As a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator with their Practice, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care and Communication:

  • Welcome and greet patients, answering any initial private treatment inquiries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for private patients, guiding them through their treatment journey.
  • Effectively communicate treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.

Treatment Coordination:

  • Collaborate with orthodontist and other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Present treatment plans to patients, explaining the procedures, expected outcomes, and financial obligations.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure treatment compliance and schedule necessary appointments.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and financial information.
  • Manage patient billing, process payments, and discuss financial arrangements as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to optimize office workflow and patient scheduling.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a dental/orthodontic treatment coordinator or in a dental nursing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of dental/orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and dental terminology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
