The Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, as one of their valued Sales Executives, your role is primarily to provide the day-to-day sales function on one of their developments, and to be the primary company contact for current and potential customers. The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional service to all their customers with the aim of achieving sale and financial targets on allocated developments. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build a professional rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements. These should encompass listening and questioning abilities, empathy, product demonstration, and closing techniques You will have responsibility for delivering the customer journey in accordance with the company’s standards, procedures, and targets.
