National Installations Manager – Kitchens and Bedrooms

Location: UK Wide (With travel when required) (Remote role with monthly visits to Head Office in Basingstoke)

Our client is a respected name in specialist logistics and site services, known for their expertise in the offloading and precision positioning of kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms across the UK.

As part of their next phase of strategic growth, they are launching a brand-new Fitting & Installation Division and they’re looking for an experienced and visionary National Installations Manager to lead this exciting new venture.

The Role               

As part of their strategic expansion, they are introducing a dedicated National Installations Manager role. This pivotal position will involve working closely with their established offload and positioning teams and management, as well as directly with clients, as they anticipate significant growth in installation services emerging from these relationships.

The role is central to ensuring seamless project delivery, consistent operational standards, and outstanding client satisfaction across all sites. This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to take full ownership of building and leading a nationwide installation network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the service offering from the ground up, developing a trusted network of skilled installers, and driving operational excellence across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead the national launch and rollout of their installation service for kitchens and bedrooms.
  • Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the division.

People & Partnerships:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of skilled installers and subcontractors.
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on professionalism and quality.

Operations & Quality:

  • Develop systems, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery standards.
  • Oversee compliance, quality control, and all aspects of health & safety on installations.

Client & Commercial Focus:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders across projects.
  • Support commercial teams with tenders, pricing strategies, and new business development.

Financial & Scheduling:

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and nationwide scheduling of installation work.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing national or regional kitchen and bedroom installation operations.
  • Strong hands-on background in fitting, alongside excellent leadership and team management.
  • Track record of building and scaling service delivery teams across multiple regions.
  • Commercially minded, with strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Confident communicator who can engage effectively with clients, teams, and suppliers.
  • Willing to travel across the UK to oversee operations and maintain service standards.
