IT Technician Intern Location: Brighton Salary: £25,397 per annum Brighton College is seeking to appoint an IT Technician Intern Reporting to: Senior ICT Technician, IT Project Manager Main purpose of the role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT team as an IT Technician Intern. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in IT through a 12-month paid internship. You will gain practical, hands-on experience in a supportive and professional environment, contributing to the smooth operation of the IT systems across the College. If successful, there is the potential for the role to become permanent at the end of the internship. General Duties and Responsibilities:
Person Specification: The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Desirable: A college qualification or degree in an IT-related subject is desirable, but not essential. Hours of Work: This role will work 40 hours per week, from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday inclusive with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break each day. Remuneration: The salary for this role is £25,397 per annum. Holidays: 23 days, plus bank holidays. Benefits:
