Digital Marketing Manager 

Location: Leigh-on-Sea, Essex – Hybrid: 3 days in the studio in Leigh-on-Sea in Essex and 2 days remote (Candidate must live within 1 hour of Leigh-on-Sea)

Salary: £37,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday – Friday)

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manage, you'll be the architect of their client’s marketing initiatives. Your strategic acumen will shape the trajectory of the campaigns, crafting narratives that captivate their audiences and elevates their brands.

Key Responsibilities 

• Campaign Leadership: Devise and execute innovative marketing multi-channel campaigns to enhance their clients' online presence and drive engagement.
• Client Relationships: Build trust and act as the go-to digital lead across your portfolio
• Performance & Reporting: reporting processes, present insights, and make data-led recommendations to evolve campaigns
• Digital Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and help clients evolve their digital presence over time
• Seamless Collaboration: Work together with their design, content, and web teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Adaptability: Navigate diverse projects with ease, from local boutique branding initiatives to national marketing campaigns for industry leaders.

This is a mid-level role so the ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of previous experience with, and feel comfortable, formulating marketing strategies that include:

• Organic Social: Ideating content, briefing creative, scheduling, and managing engagement.
• Digital Advertising: Creating, managing, and optimising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google advertising.
• Content Marketing: Writing content for engagement and discoverability.
• SEO: A comprehensive understanding of SEO and SEO tools, including ranking, audit, traffic
• Email Marketing: Writing content, creating the campaign, and scheduling on email platforms (i.e. Mailchimp)
• Reporting: Creating monthly reports analysing data across all digital channels (social, Google Analytics, email etc) and providing insights to their clients.
