Building Fabric Maintenance Engineer

Location: South Wales / Bristol area

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (Further achievable with overtime)

Vacancy Type: Requirement to occasionally support out of hours/overtime on top of a scheduled week – as required (ROTA and planned works)

The Role

To support major clients in the commercial/leisure/corporate sectors on reactive and planned maintenance/quoted works.

Skills and Qualifications

• The successful candidate will need to have a bias towards – Plumbing/Carpentry and/or roofing and be considered multi skilled
• Full Driving License
• Have the ability to work with others as part of a team on your own
• Have your own tools (Desirable)
• PASMA/IPAF/CSCS (Desirable)
• Knowledge of client-based app/web systems (Desirable)
