Multiskilled Engineer

Location: The role will be covering multiple areas so there is an expectancy for travelling across Devon/Cornwall/Dorset and Somerset to support. 

Salary: Circa £40,000 (Based on average hours/door to door travel/overtime etc).

The Role

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Multiskilled Engineer (Building Maintenance), ideally with a trade background, who can confidently handle a range of tasks across various maintenance areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with ease.

They are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in at least one of the following core areas:

• Building Maintenance
• Roofing
• Carpentry
• Plumbing

The role may involve occasional reactive callouts and rota support, so a proactive, problem solving approach is essential.

Skills and Qualifications

• Preferably holds relevant qualifications such as Pasma, IPAF, CSCS, and/or SSSTS/SMSTS
• An all-rounder with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Full, driving license required
