Finance Manager 

Location: Louth

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on your next leadership role in a dynamic and highly respected company.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our clients financial operations and play a pivotal role in helping to analyse and grow their financial position.

The Role of Finance Manager includes but is not limited to:

• Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficient resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
• Oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities including UK GAAP, HMRC, Data Protection
• Prepare detailed reports for earnings to present to the leadership team

The ideal Finance Manager:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Motivated and results-oriented with a blend of technical expertise and leadership ability.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
