An IT support company is eager for an enthusiastic individual to join their friendly team, the chosen individual will provide a single point of contact to internal colleagues reporting IT related incidents. No IT experience is necessary since training will be provided,

Duties:

  • Providing first line support to staff and customers
  • Creating daily reports for the IT department
  • Updating the company’s ticketing system
