Night Concierge

Location: Sidcup, DA15 9DF

Salary: £23,849 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Wednesday 19:00pm until 7:00am

Closing date: 12 Noon on Friday 28 November 2025

Are you a calm, reliable, and observant individual looking to make a difference in a vibrant student community? The College are seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at their student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the site to ensure safety and security.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and student concerns in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised individuals are on site.
  • Complete nightly logs and incident reports accurately.
  • Liaise with other staff members and emergency services when required.
  • Support students with lockouts and other out-of-hour's needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in security, facilities, or student accommodation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and safety.
  • DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
