Neurorehabilitation Support Worker

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Due to changing service requirements, we are looking for kind, compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Neurorehabilitation team in Chesterfield.

The Role

As a Neurorehabilitation Support Worker, no two days are the same. Your role will be centred around providing person-centred support that enables individuals to feel safe, valued, and empowered in their daily lives.

You will support individuals with:

• Personal care and hygiene routines
• Dressing and promoting independence
• Preparing nutritious meals and supporting with mealtimes
• Attending medical appointments
• Accessing community activities, social events, and hobbies
• Working towards rehabilitation goals and building daily living skills
• Promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing in all aspects of support

About You

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We are looking for people with the right values, attitude, and commitment to making a positive difference.

You will demonstrate:
