About the Role

As a Neuro Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will play a vital part in helping individuals progress towards their rehabilitation goals, regain independence, and build confidence in everyday life.

No two days are the same. You will work alongside our experienced neurotherapy team, supporting people through tailored rehabilitation programmes while learning new skills and approaches every day.

You will support with:

• Daily living activities and personal care routines
• Rehabilitation goals and therapeutic strategies
• Social activities, hobbies, and community access
• Building confidence and independence
• Encouraging meaningful participation in everyday life
• Safe moving and handling practices

Working Hours

This role operates on a rota basis and will include:

• Day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Personal care support
