Working hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 6:30pm
Salary: Pathway 2, £28,125 - £29,955 per annum

Your role:
As a Property Services Officer at Gladstone Primary Academy, you'll help ensure our buildings and grounds remain safe, secure and fully operational for students, staff and visitors. You'll carry out a range of maintenance, repair and handyperson duties, support contractors, manage heating systems and assist with porterage and site set-up requirements.
You'll also carry out statutory compliance checks, maintain accurate maintenance records and respond proactively to health and safety issues. Working collaboratively with the wider TDET Site Team, you'll provide support across Trust academies when required, helping to deliver high-quality facilities services across the Trust. Please note that you could be posted to any of the Trust academies in the Peterborough area at any time (when required).
You'll have maintenance experience, be confident using a range of tools and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A full clean driving licence and a good understanding of health and safety are essential. If you have a relevant trade qualification or experience in an educational setting, that's a bonus.
