Business Support Apprentice (Communities Team)

Location: Bemerton Heath Community Centre & Community hubs

Weekly Hours: 37 hour/per week

Salary: National Minimum Wage

Are you looking for a career where no two days are the same?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Business Administrator Apprentice to join our Communities Team and help make a real difference across our local communities.

You'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, supporting community projects, events, activities and services that bring people together.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting community events and activities
  • Managing bookings and enquiries
  • Working with local groups and residents
  • Helping deliver community projects
  • Creating social media content and promotions
  • Developing admin, communication and customer service skills

We are looking for someone who:

What you will gain:

​Essential Requirements

  • English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent qualification.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle is essential as the role involves travelling to community venues and events.
