About The Role

Join The Forward Trust and help change lives. We’re looking for a compassionate and organised M-PACT Co-ordinator / Family Worker to lead the delivery of our M-PACT (Moving Parents and Children Together) programme.

You’ll ensure the safety, confidentiality, and care of vulnerable adults and children on the programme, working closely with partner agencies to meet targets and measure meaningful outcomes. Collaboration and communication are at the heart of this role.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience of group facilitation within a drug and alcohol treatment setting
• Strong organisational and partnership-working skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
• Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends and travel across East Kent when needed
