Your Role As a Teaching Assistant at Warboys Primary Academy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping pupils achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include assisting individual students, particularly those with special needs, to access learning activities, promoting good behaviour, and preparing classroom materials. Additionally, you will work 2.5 hours per week as a Play Worker, ensuring a safe and engaging play environment for the pupils. They are looking for someone with a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English, a Teaching Assistant qualification, and a willingness to undertake first aid training. Experience across primary phase or a willingness to work across all year groups is essential.
