Team Leader Location: Bognor Regis Salary: £13.15 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week The organisation are recruiting for a Team Leader. The Role As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. They are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session. Their residential care home is located on the seafront, close to the town centre. Designed in consultation with residents, the service offers state of the art equipment and facilities and highly experienced, trained staff. As well as the residential home, they offer a range of disability and rehabilitation services. They work with people in the community and in their own homes. They also offer wellbeing and respite stays. Their location by the sea in Bognor Regis it an ideal location for a short break or longer. Some people have used the service whilst adaptations are made at their home. They have five designated rooms on the second floor of their modern building. The first floor is a residential care service for adults with disabilities and on the ground floor they have communal spaces for socialising and dining. Benefits
