Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

Salary: Starting at £24,000 per annum, OTE £45,000+ (Top performer earns £80,000)

The Role

We are looking for four enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can help us achieve our growth targets while bringing fresh energy to the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Deliver fantastic customer service by phone and email.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with energy and confidence.
• Generate leads and build a solid client database.
• Keep everything organised through accurate admin and record keeping.
• Gain a strong understanding of the business and services.
