7.5 Tonne Driver             

Location: Lincoln

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

The company are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 tonne driver with Civils experience to support their growing infrastructure projects.

This role involves driving the 7.5t from the Lincoln depot to sites based around Yorkshire carrying out high-quality utility reinstatements and paving works, including the installation of modular paving, granite setts, concrete, and bituminous materials.

You will work across a range of public realm and construction environments, ensuring that reinstatement activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting materials to site and carrying out paving and modular reinstatement works to specification
  • Completing reinstatements in york stone, granite, and block paving
  • Ensuring all work complies with specification, safety standards, and permit conditions
  • Supporting the team with minor civils work as required, including kerbing and excavation
  • Safely operating relevant plant and machinery on site

Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • 7.5t Category Licence
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Digital Tacho Card
  • Experience in utility reinstatement and paving
  • CSCS card

Desirable:

  • NRSWA accreditation (Street Works)
  • Plant tickets (dumper, roller, excavator)
