Location: Godalming, Surrey

Working Hours: 0.8 FTE (30 hours per week)

Salary: FTE salary circa £34,000 (actual salary circa £27,000)

The Role

The Assistant to the Director of Admissions plays a vital role in the Admissions team, providing essential administrative and organisational support. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to a world-class educational institution.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Director and various stakeholders.
  • Support the admissions process by attending key recruitment events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related expenses for the Director.
  • Maintain accurate records within the admissions database.
