The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years practitioner to move into the classroom to share your knowledge and expertise influencing the next generation of skilled early years professionals. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-5 Early Years. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach, you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential. You will be responsible for the success of students and providing an enriched curriculum, monitoring student progress and ensure timely completion and achievement. This will include recruitment, providing advice and guidance to students on their progression routes, and developing industry links that provide them with enrichment and work experience. This role will be based at the College and will be flexible to deliver specialism across the other campuses when required. You will play an important role in developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and will be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of learner progress to promote positive outcomes for learners. Department Info You will work as part of the curriculum team at the college, and you will also closely work with and take direction from their Curriculum Team Leaders. You will be line managed by the Curriculum Manager. Benefits
