Salary: £40,552 – £45,750 (pay award pending)

Based at the striking, Norman Foster-designed Langley Academy, this is a pivotal leadership role combining strategic Trust-wide estate oversight with dynamic, hands-on site management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop facilities teams across three thriving schools.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

• Manage capital works and estates projects.

• Contribute to creating safe, efficient, and inspiring learning environments.
