Salary: £24,243 - £30,790 per annum

About the role
As a Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals rebuild their lives in a supported accommodation setting. You’ll provide recovery-focused support, advice, and guidance to people on their journey to stability and independence. No two days are the same — from leading 1:1 sessions and group work to coordinating clinical appointments and collaborating with volunteers, your work will be hands-on, rewarding, and transformative.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working autonomously to manage a caseload of our service users, including delivering a range of psychosocial interventions. 
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake ongoing assessments, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals within the community 
  • Facilitating group sessions with a range of individuals of varying backgrounds. 
  • Working with partnership agencies to ensure continuity of care and support. 


Please note you will be required to provide on call cover 1 in 8 weeks.

About you
To succeed as a Support Coordinator you will be someone who’s empathetic, motivated, and ready to make a difference.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in support work or a related field, but more importantly, you’ll have the drive to support people through recovery with compassion and professionalism.
