Talent Acquisition Lead

Location: Vauxhall, Fully Remote

Salary: £37,000 Plus Benefits

This is a new function and we need someone who can own it.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape how we attract and retain talent, with the support of a business that is fully invested in doing things better. We need someone who is solution-focused, optimistic in the face of challenge and unflappable when navigating complexity. You’ll be comfortable making decisions, navigating change, and building strong relationships across the organisation.

Your knowledge of employment law, right to work, DBS requirements, and recruitment best practice will be sharp, current, and second nature. Experience with Eploy? Even better.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can think strategically, act tactically, and communicate clearly
• Is confident managing independently, yet collaborative at heart
• Brings fresh ideas and energy, with accountability to match
• Leads with transparency, empathy, and common sense
• Can juggle ‘business as usual’ and do the big-picture thinking without breaking a sweat
