Your Role Join Queen Katharine Academy as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Nurture) and support their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities team. You'll plan and deliver interventions for their Nurture Group and teach Maths and Science lessons. Your role includes assessing progress, providing feedback, and contributing to extra-curricular activities. You will also work creatively with students who have complex SEN. You may also be required to support students in providing personal and intimate care as some of their students need assistance with everyday activities. You are a proactive team player with a Level 4 HLTA qualification, GCSEs in Maths and English, and the ability to build supportive relationships with students. Flexibility and experience with primary and/or secondary school-aged students are advantageous.
