Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Working pattern: 8am – 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3.30pm on Friday

Salary: Pathway 3, £26,409 - £28,163

Your role:

As an ICT Technician, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of their IT services. Reporting to the Senior ICT Technician, you’ll support end users, maintain hardware and software, and manage devices. You’ll handle helpdesk requests, diagnose issues, and escalate when necessary. Engage with suppliers, track support calls, recommend improvements, and identify recurring problems.

If you have excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office, can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, work independently, and ensure tasks are completed, this role is perfect for you.
