Marketing Executive

Location: Tetbury, GL8 8GX

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - Flexibility for the right candidate

Our client is looking for a dynamic Social Media, Digital, Marketing, and Communications Executive to take their marketing efforts to new heights and help bring their extraordinary story to life.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a growing, ambitious company.   Working with Oak, the most sustainable material used in construction, they are leading experts in oak framing in the UK.  As their Marketing Executive, you won’t just be managing campaigns—you’ll be driving their marketing strategy, spearheading new initiatives, and taking full ownership of their digital and social presence. This is a role for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and push boundaries to see results.

You will have the freedom and support to shape and grow this role, making a real impact across various marketing channels and building the company’s brand into an industry leader. This is your chance to make their marketing exceptional.

• Take their social media presence to the next level by creating engaging, inspiring content that resonates with their audience.
• Manage and optimise SEO campaigns, fine-tuning strategies for Google Ads and tracking website performance to boost visibility and drive results.
• Create exceptional content across various media formats—photos, videos, podcasts, and graphics—using tools like Adobe Creative Suite to bring their brand to life.
• Developing and managing editorial relationships with aspirational publications for brand advertising and content inclusion.
• Drive the submission of business awards to showcase the company’s successes and excellence.
• Enhance their local presence, forging partnerships and collaborations that elevate their brand within the community.
• Organise and execute events, including milestone celebrations and client gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Expanding their digital footprint, growing social media followers, and engaging with key audiences.
• Developing high-quality content that reflects their sustainable ethos and industry-leading expertise in oak framing and design.
• Optimising and refining Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and grow awareness.
• Managing and updating the website, ensuring it’s always on-brand, functional and performing.
• Reporting on campaign performance and digital metrics to leadership, constantly refining strategies based on data.
• Collaborating with clients and customers—whether by phone, in person at their showroom, or onsite during project visits—to develop case studies and gather valuable feedback.
• Working as part of the team in their stunning oak framed showroom workplace.

Skills and Qualifications

• Multi-channel marketing track record including Social media, PPC, SEO, traditional marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
• Ability to create content using Canva, Adobe, Photography, Video.
• Impeccable written English and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent people and relationship building skills.
• Excellent IT skills
• Team player
